I am originally from the DC area, moved to New England for several years and have been excited to move back to the area for my medical training. I received my MPH from Tufts University focusing on Health Communication with the majority of my research prior to fellowship focusing on obesity and type two diabetes. My academic interests are varied and include ultrasound, transport and trauma. When I am not in the hospital I am usually working out or running along the many trails in the DC or VA area and exploring a variety of restaurants and food options with my husband.
