POCUS IOTW: Gallstones

This 14 yo otherwise healthy male presented with right sided abdominal pain x 1 day. These large gallstones have clear shadowing. He has a normal (<4mm) gallbladder wall and no pericholecystic fluid, consistent with cholelithiasis withOUT cholecysitis.
